All prices listed on this site are New Zealand dollars and inclusive of 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST registration 25-495-705). • Email me your order. Payment via direct payment into Bank Account. Details will be forwarded. Cheques will be accepted but adds to the delivery time.

100% Refund - unopened product returned within 15 days of the despatch date

To obtain a 100% refund of the original purchase price of your product, it must be returned to us in an unopened, resaleable condition within 15 days of the despatch date (which you will have been notified of.) Before returning please email me. You will pay return shipping and this cost will not be included in the refund. As refunds are given only on resaleable products please ensure the return item is carefully packed.

Credit or Exchange - opened product returned within 15 days of the delivery date

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product after you have opened it, you may return it to us within 15 days of the delivery date and we will provide a credit or exchange for the same value product. Please note that if you wish to exchange the unwanted product for another same value product or obtain a credit, you must pay the return shipping plus the shipping cost to send the replacement product back to you. If you choose the credit option this will be held on file for 3 months. Please email me your new order for a quote including shipping.

Replacement - damaged product, faulty product, our shipping error

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, the product is leaking or faulty, or we sent you the incorrect product, please email me within 7 days of the despatch  date (which you will have been notified of) for replacement. If we require the product to be returned to us, we will pay the shipping cost. You may be required to send photographic evidence of the damaged parcel and/or product, faulty product, or shipment error for insurance purposes.

Purchasing online can be quite daunting for newcomers. Unlike a 'bricks and mortar' business where there is a physical person involved the Internet does not allow us this benefit.
